Problem solved:

Our client, a global food manufacturer,was trying to build a pipeline of H3 future-facing product ideas, to futureproof the business for the next 10+ years. They had found no reliable methods for testing this far into the future, despite having a wealth of future trend analysis and consumer panels.



We created a bespoke and innovative process using a behavioral, qualitative prediction platform to identify the most pertinent trends shaping the future of food and beverages, and evaluate future appeal against immediate appeal and readiness. The result was a set of recommendations for each idea including when to launch, how to optimize, and who to target with each idea. The deliverables also included a ready-to-use universal framework for H3 benchmarking across the client organization.
